Victoria L. Hooper focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including commercial, construction, employment and appellate matters. She has represented clients in various commercial disputes, including breach of contract and defamation.
Ms. Hooper's experience includes diverse matters ranging from land use appeals and mortgage foreclosures to various employment disputes, including defense of non-compete agreements, as well as matters before the EEOC and the United States Department of Labor. She has also represented clients before both state and federal appellate courts.
In addition to clerking for to Chief Justice Ronald D. Castille, Ms. Hooper was elevated to serve as his Deputy Chief Staff Attorney.
