Nina Farzana Z. Khan practices in the area of general and complex commercial litigation. She represents clients in connection with business practices, such as contract disputes, fraud and business torts, landlord and tenant law, and banking law.
Previously, Ms. Khan worked for more than 10 years in New York City, where she counseled a broad spectrum of clients in various commercial litigation matters. In addition, on a pro bono basis, she has successfully represented a battered spouse and asylum seekers from Sudan, Algeria and Albania.
