Judith Fellheimer’s practice includes general commercial litigation, as well as the representation of developers, contractors, tenants and landlords. She represents clients in financial fraud cases, employment discrimination matters, contract disputes, leasing disputes and actions by minority shareholders and partners.
In addition to her legal career, Ms. Fellheimer has 10 years of experience in managing commercial real estate, where she gained expertise in the areas of mortgage banking and title insurance. She was also president of a company that consulted with financial institutions on lending and regulatory issues. Ms. Fellheimer serves on the Board Overseers of the University of Pennsylvania, School of Social Policy and Practice, and the Trustee’s Council of Penn Women.
