Kyle Garabedian


Kyle’s practice includes diverse contract disputes, the representation of lenders and borrowers, UCC claims, professional malpractice actions, and enforcement of judgments.

Before joining the firm, Kyle clerked for the Honorable Frederick J. Schuck, where he worked extensively on constitutional challenges, post-conviction relief, and corporate bond forfeitures. During his appointment, he performed over fifty mediations. 

Prior to studying law, Kyle was a project manager for a digital curriculum company, where he led team of writers, editors, and production assistants to design content for a unique online learning platform.

  • Obtained early dismissal of lender’s complaint for accounting fraud against the chief financial officer of closely-held corporation.
  • Secured favorable settlement in consumer fraud action in which lender improperly advertised loan products by misusing identities of former employees.
  • Represented beneficiaries of trust objecting to accounting filed by corporate trustee on basis of tax inefficiencies and deviations from deed of trust.
