Deborah C. Nixon


Deborah is a former Philadelphia Assistant District Attorney who now represents private sector clients in commercial and business disputes and provides advice and counseling on civil rights, employment discrimination, sexual harassment and institutional compliance issues. In her over 20 years of experience as a prosecutor, she handled more than 250 jury trials and 1,000 bench trials. Deborah’s tenure at the DA’s office included time serving as a veteran litigator in the Economic and Cyber Crimes Unit (leading investigations involving corporate fraud and embezzlement) and working with community stakeholders on a Financial Crimes Task Force.

Deborah’s current practice also includes the defense of white-collar criminal matters.
