About The Firm

Founded in 2007 by Judith and Alan Fellheimer, the law firm Fellheimer & Eichen LLP specializes in business, financial and securities transactions, the disputes and claims that arise from them (including collections and workout matters), and complex commercial litigation.

For over 40 years the Fellheimers have represented banks and other financial institutions in:

  • regulatory, disclosure, corporate governance and other compliance matters;
  • loan documentation (including the development of standard, legally-compliant forms); and
  • workouts, collections and other disputes with borrowers.
As former officers and board members of a New York Stock Exchange-listed federally-chartered bank holding company (and its subsidiary banks) and the former owners of a Pennsylvania–chartered bank, the Fellheimers bring a wealth of first-hand knowledge and experience to the day-to-day business challenges faced by entrepreneurs, owners, executives and in-house counsel.

In response to the Firm's growth over the last 10 years, the Fellheimers have assembled a diverse roster of talented practitioners specializing in corporate and securities transactions, workouts and collections matters, and business and employment litigation. Like the founders, many of the Firm's lawyers have business and other non-law-related work experience as part of their resumes.

What the Firm’s lawyers have in common is a tireless commitment to client service and a dedication to resolving the toughest problems their clients face – complex deals, contentious commercial disputes and litigation, and intricate compliance issues.
